I don't have a mac so I couldn't really care less.
But I hate Apple pretty badly, and I hate it that Valve are putting money and time into anything that's not Ep3. Just get it done people!!!

In all seriousness, I must say that I don't mind that Valve are 'wasting their time' on promotions like this. They just improved an artwork. Kickassery imho.

Damn, those combine soldiers had some pretty nice marching animations. I really hope Valve does some overhauling with the character animations in Ep3, because I think that alone would improve the quality of the game greatly.


I don't care about the time it's taking for Ep3, I'm just bothered that they haven't uttered a single word about it. Granted that's their decision and theirs' alone, but seriously, the entire HL2 fan base has been in the dark for far too long. I'm just getting way to antsy to wait for an update. I liked how Ep1 and Ep2 had little tech demo videos to show off some of the new features they implemented. I wish they would throw something like that out to us.

If you remove the people working on the Source-to-Mac conversion, and put them on the Episode 3 team...then that project will work faster.

But yeah - Valve really failed at this episodic gaming thing. I guess it's likely we'll get a joint Windows/Mac release for Episode 3 now? Will that mean we have to wait for Ep 1 and 2 to be converted too?
