Thanks for the negatively judgemental attitude. What makes our game different? You'll have to wait and see when more information is released - suffice to say we aren't silly enough to try directly competing with L4D2.

L4D = action and as Valve stated they were trying for something appealing like CSS. L4D's gameplay on release was get from point a to point b and some later gamemodes that were inspired by mods.
Contagion on the other hand requires players to check corners, be aware of their environment, watch their ammo, and keep an eye out for more. We want players to be immersed in the environment and we're doing this by pushing the Engine to it's limits, quality assets, unique features and enemies (which will be very fun to go into later since these enemies will not react like your usual enemies), music and ambience to set the mood, and of course a story we all hope you'll enjoy revealing as you play.
