anyway, what Valve is doing is great for the games obviously.. the quality will be way higher because people work on stuff with a passion, but this has its downside too.. for example l4d2 on going DLC team is very small because nobody is motivated to work there and yeah.. other stuff we might want could get neglected because there is no boss forcing people to do the necessary 'not so fun' work
