"Play-testing Day of Defeat: Source has taken over the Valve offices. We're expecting DoD fans and new players alike to have a blast with the game when it's released later this summer. "In other news, HL2: Lost Coast (the upcoming free Half-Life 2 map for Half-Life 2 owners which showcases HDR rendering technology) is nearing completion and will be released soon on Steam. We're going to include a bit of extra content with Lost Coast, which we haven't mentioned yet... watch this space for details."

Yeah but the news was mainly dod orientated, and Blink would have had my balls for making the news too long.
But to me this is all good news. I wonder what the new feature will be in The Lost Coast, the unmentioned one.

Yes, those clothes need normal maps.

But couldnt you deploy your machine gun anywhere if you were in prone?

Probably just new textures and maybe a Gordon model... Maybe... one can only dream. That way, if they do that, they could make cameras work on yourself... that would be awsome...

Still, thats not an ingame screen  its art done by valve.

Really, a model is better than no model, and i really want cameras to work on youself, that way you could do a bunch of good mirror tricks in maps :)

I'm gonna hop in before him.

Mike-o either stop acting like a complete arrogant twat who must constantly belittle others because his penis is the size and shape of a rather small prune. Either learn how to interact with a community or get the fuck off it here. An attitude like yours is not welcome here.

I'm assuming they are going to make us pay for DoD.
Their first album was better.
