New error page online

The new error-page features a totally new way to find errors:

o It gives you the ability to upload your compile log to check it for errors
o You can search for errors without having to substitute variables

Most error descriptions have been rewritten, some added, and an extra reference page was made to explain the basics of error finding. A contact page was added for feedback, questions and additions for the page.
