Time to catch up on the latest news offerings over the past couple of days:

Dystopia has released a small update to their demo, so that it is once again playable with the latest Steam update:

"-Recoded vgui_screen input code (was crashing)
-Fixed random weapon model cache crash
-Fixed heavy respawn animation crash
-Fixed thermal/emp/cyber shader issues
-Fixed server log for cortex bomb (as a weapon) was showing a null
-Added HUD element for voice
-Added per-player points/deaths/time to the server log (stats)"

Vapour is a new content delivery system, similar to Steam and should provide use to both gamers and developers:

Dreamscape has just provided us with some new media shots and news to enjoy:

"For those of you who are unfamiliar with the game, Dreamscape: Pin Point Blank is a single player 3rd person shooter which aims to give the player a brutal and unforgivingly realistic gameplay experience. We want to challenge the player with both complex strategy and fast paced action in an environment where the choices you make will affect the way you play the game."

And finally, Physicles sends word of his HL2 map review site, which collects reviews of maps into one handy place:

"I launched the site in early May, and every few weeks I search about 30 map sites for new maps. To date I have reviewed about 650 maps; the site currently contains 46. The maps fall into three categories: deathmatch, remakes, and team deathmatch."
