New Portfolio Design

Postby SlappyBag on Mon Dec 03, 2007 12:38 pm

Hey there - decided to redesign my portfolio today and here it is:

Image

Images of the various things in question will appear under each header - this is just a general layout/scheme test.

I really just wanted to keep it simple yet stylish and present any browsers with work instantly.

Comments?

Not sure about the extra - around the skillsets (-Level Design-), but that's more of a gut feeling about it.

Looks fine :)

Looks smart, and should be easy to copy and paste or print from as well. Are you including images under each section?

I'd also recommend actually creating a print stylesheet so if an employer hits print it comes out on the page how you want it to, not the browser.

Under each title would be images of assets, each linking to their own seperate page with details and more piccars.

Thats a good idea, thanks for that Blinkeh - Maybe I'll add a print button in the top left or something.

You don't even need that, just make a print stylesheet, set it up correctly and it will automatically be used when someone presses print.

Do a print preview on the lopers main page to see what I mean.

And show us a preview once you have images up as it'll look a little more colourful.
