It looks really great, but I can't escape the feeling that you came up with all these cool ideas and tried to cram them all into one map.

Wow, so many good comments, etc. It's making me think I should DL and play the map. I don't play CS:S, but maybe I'll make an exception, just to get a good look at this map. And, seeing as everyone else loves it, I should too after seeing it in-game.

well, after downloading this map, i must say it's pretty incredible. the lighting is spot on even with color correction off. which is the only thing i could point out... sometimes after passing through an area of color correction, if you turn around and look back, that area doesn't show up with CC. if the color correction were toned down only slightly that would be less noticable.

anyway, outstanding map! unfortunately i couldn't play with anyone, as no servers had it running until i ran it on one for 10 minutes.

Very impressive work. I have to admit, it has been several months since I have been this amazed by Source engine's level design. Definetely deserves a spotlight.

Some critique shouldn't hurt however! I really think you didn't put enough effort into the audio design of this level. Ambiences seemed very generic, there wasn't a lot of positioned sounds and the sound design in general didn't add as much to the ambience as I expected.

I haven't played this with either bots or people yet, but just wanted to know how does the localized color correction that you are using work with multiple users? We have worked with that feature just a few weeks ago at Dimension Studios and had some problems when multiple clients connected to the server. Basically the color correction look up value seems to be set for all the clients by the server identically regardless of their position. That's why using it locally on a multiplayer map didn't work out. So I was wondering whether you found a work around for that problem or if that is an existing bug for the map?

Maybe. I actually think he'd have to re-design the entire layout in order to support the assault gameplay that Dystopia uses. It does make an awesome theme for it though.

I really like the 2nd picture, but some parts remind me of the inside of an airship somehow.
