I am tired of no responses to my threads when others get tons. I need help with my maps and am not getting much and I am pretty sure it is because of my name.

You've had plenty of responses to that thread, people here are kind enough to help in their own time and you shouldn't say thanks by making a snotty thread about changing your display name.

Try to be grateful that people have tried to help as it is, there are a LOT of other help threads in there too.

I'm sure if someone knows the solution they will tell you.

I don't get this big hoo har about names. I don't think anyone cares what your name is and certainly I don't think anyone discriminates based on it. This just sounds like a cry for attention. To be honest.

No. Definitely not a cry for attention. lolol. Most certainly not snotty either. Im just saying, it just seems that other threads get better responses, and I figured it was because of my name. Either way, I would like a more mature name to be taken a little more seriously is all. Dont take me the wrong way.

Don't worry, no one would dismiss your help thread based on your name. What's more likely is that if a particular problem is quite hard to resolve it often provokes less responses. People only reply if they know a way to help.

Thats understandable, I just thought that my name might be hindering any of the more "seasoned" users responses. I am quite sure I am just getting frantic because I have literally spent weeks upon weeks trying to figure out how to do something that just plain will not work for me. I didnt mean to offend or come across in a "childish" way. Just want to end this head against brick wall repeatedly situation.
