Valve certainly has an interesting concept artist, I'll give them that xD

it was done by Dhabih he does a lot of the art over at valve, especially for half life, most of the paintings of Gorden freeman in action shots are done by him.

this is probably why he didnt want it shown haha. the one that looks like a jogger is probably a 5-10 min speed paint
