Yeah that'd be awesome. Don't worry about rushing as I am off for two weeks and I think since you're doing this for free I can afford to be quiet.

Again here's a link:

http://www.upload.habboi.co.uk/portfolio.rar

It contains the PSD and the two fonts, which you probably know, go in the fonts folder.

Are you a blue-blooded Englishman or a Patriotic American?

Right now I'm sitting here sipping my tea.

Looks terric. Was afraid you were gonna do the giant image way but you've impressed me. Me thinks you should add a link to your site at the bottom as well for helping.

I thought you would fit under Level Designer instead of Env Art.

Why's that? I used to make levels but I moved on to modelling the props for the levels and soon found myself in a student project making what else, props for the level design team to use.

I fixed the ie error (well as far as I know only have ie 8 here). I almost cried when I found out what was causing it. I forgot to define a doc type and therefore ie decided to go into retard mode.

Yeah it works with IE 7 on my end. Good stuff and yeah it's common to miss the slightest error in all creativity.

Looking forward to the final result. I was also wondering if you had ideas for the other pages. Would it be better to make the grey box be bigger vertically so I can let the users scroll down and will it be easy to update. As long as I have the code I can always figure out how to make a website work to my advantage.

And lastly this highslide business, does it require anything special on the server? I don't think my windows package supports MQSQL etc if that is needed.

P.S. What's with the borders on the images btw :O

Yeah extending the grey box and letting the user scroll for more content would look good.
Highslide doesn't need anything special.
Also I fudged the images up slightly.

Sorry but I haven't really been working on this that much but I did a small update to the site and broke everything. (ok not everything) but the text will only show up properly if you have the font installed so I was wondering if it would be better to do it slightly with images.

Try using sIFR or CSS3 (not all browser support it (yet) )

I am using the css3 method now because most of the main browsers seem to support it. Anyway sorry for beeing so slow I am a lot to do at the moment what with exams coming up and all. But I uploaded the site again with some smaller updates. There is something I need to know though which is do you want to add more images to the front page because at the moment that will break the site so if you do I will re-code some areas to fix the problem.
