decompiling the source code for mod

Postby stukabomber44 on Wed Dec 14, 2011 8:00 pm

hey guys,

I want to get a hold of a the w_pistol.mdl / v_pistol.mdl and all the rest of the game's models to modify the skins but I'm not sure how to go about doing so and since all the files seem to be invisible I have no idea where to go :P even though I know they are there. Do you guys by chance know how to?? I've tried looking around, but have had no luck.

Thanks,

Got to extract from the FGDs. Found in steam/steamapps

Can't go into much detail at the moment(on my phone), but if no one gives an informative answer by the time I get home, then I'll tell you how to do this step by step.
Have a question related to modding or something I posted? Something that needs staff attention? I haven't been active lately, but feel free to PM me or message me on Steam(link below)
