That's hardcore Dr. Delta, but I expected it to go really fast. It looks like it's built for speed.

@Epifire: That looks cool! I would say that is a perfect opportunity to learn how to bake. Those bricks would translate to a normal map very well.

Also, I textured mine. Could do with some tweaking but this is it so far:

I'm totally going to animate it, I can't leave it how it is. Might use UDK for this I think...

That looks better then I was thinking the original texture was supposed to look like. I thought it was going to have more wood paneling.

I was going to try and render my building in UDK, but the brick wouldn't export for some reason. Looking forward to seeing the Canine Pedestrial in action though, cause that is coming along nicely.

This is brilliant. I say keep it with only two legs, or at least only walk with two legs.

Make it replace the headcrab npc, so it can waddle around and leap at you.

I agree, just the two legs looks great.

Seconded, that is smokin hot. If it's going to have front legs they should just be little stumpy things, like T-Rex arms. That would make it a steampunk bandicoot!

Here's my WIP shot of my steampunk coffee maker :D
I'm still struggling of thinking a way how to turn it on :D
I'll change that 3dsmax default teapot once I get a better one done.

That is a cool Coffee Maker, and I bet it makes awesome joe too. Makes me wish XSI had smoothing groups like that.

People have been making a lot of good stuff, so this is gonna be a tough contest as it is going. Keep it up guys!

I was getting the same problem till I started playing my Thief games again. So when I couldn't think of anything specific I made my scene to convey the feeling.

Might do some thing more direct like some kind of cool looking mechanism. Watch this like I did and maybe you may get some inspiration. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gOgpdp3lP8M&feature=relmfu

Remember to watch though cause otherwise you miss the whole Steam Punk theme it was shown in. :P

Just google "steampunk" or search deviantart.
When I first started my head was literally empty for this kinda stuff.

I looked at steampunk stuff others have made for about 2 hours and then suddenly my head just exploded with ideas what to make :)
