Well that took a while.

In fact it's been over 10 years since the site last update was made to Interlopers. Since then phpBB has moved on several versions, PHP got faster and websites are supposed to work on mobile. This latest iteration makes use of all of the above and more.

Whilst it's clear that the site isn't as popular as it once was, it's still deserving of a fresh look. And the forums are much faster and enjoyable to use so maybe you'll want to stick around?

On the 8th October Interlopers.net becomes 20 years old, and this redesign serves as a little gift for that occasion. I'm hoping to have something else to share on the day as well so keep your eyes peeled.

Its a great new start! I think the recent post sidebar could use a little more polish in terms of aesthetic and formatting to catch peoples eyes better and they can quickly recognize the breakdown of the threads.

Also potentially linking to a second email for account recovery or if someone wants 2 factor would be cool and totally unnecisarry.
