Modern Building Support Theory
Hello, and welcome to this build-theory tutorial on modern building supports. Let's start out with some reference pictures. Pay attention to the ceiling supports.
These supports follow a regular pattern.
Vertical bars are placed in increment around all the edges.
Then, horizontal bars go around the perimeter of the verticals.
At the top, horizontal bars go from one end to the other and around the perimeter.
Horizontal bars crisscross the other top bars. The basic idea is done.
Detail is added. This is a simple example.
Square geometry works, but adding more complex shapes can make it look more appealing.
This is a basic look of working with supports in a large, open buildings. Think of the way things your buildings can be held up. Supports add detail and realism to a map.
