Water Errors, Spawn Errors, Entity Errors.

Alright, I know I'm becoming like a fly in the ointment around here, but I can't help it. Whenever I try to make water, it's inside a tub-like thing, and I do the "NODRAW", and the env_cubemap stuff, and all of that, but when I load the map, the entire map is reflective and purple.

Also, I have two platform brushes up ner my map's ceiling, and I put spawn points on them, but when the map loads, it says they're "invalid", and they don't appear in-game. All of the entities I put above them are ont the floor, and all of my entities on the floor are either gone or in the ground. Hope that made sense. I'll post screenshots in a little while.

Also, how would I attach an entity to a brush(Example:Hand-rail onto a brush)?

for the first bit, have u got a skybox? Also dont worry about posting for help alot, thats why the forums are here. Can u give us some screenies to make it easier to understand plz?

Alright, I took some screenshots. Firstly, though, no I don't have a skybox, I made this whole map just a room. I did fix the buyzone things, I think they were detached from the wall or something, so I made them better, and they actually stayed in place. Only the CT spawn is working, though(Are you supposed to put an info_player_start entity next to both the CT start and T start?)Anyways, I changed the texture of the floor from tile to the texture of the walls, and that got rid of the purple on it, but there are still some problems:
