When compiling my map i didn't see anything wrong, but when playing it I saw these black 'boxes'...

What are these shadows, and how do i fix it?

Compile log please. It looks very bad. Need to check the compile log.

Have you got all your sunlight entities in there Vyck?

CS:GO still tries to calculate its fancy sunlight shadows even if you compile without vrad, so I'd just throw in a shadow_control, light_env, env_sun and light_directional entity and see if that fixes it. No need to tweak them to perfection, but it should solve the big black boxes.
