Yes.
A) Ceate a .scene file for it.
B) Parent a prop_dynamic with the weapon model to alyx hands, use a scripted_sequence to play an animation on alyx, say when it's finished or close to finished, use a game_player_equip to spawn a weapon for the player and remove the prop_dynamic.
