I think this might be the same situation as Bernie Mac. He was originally reported dead, but he was revived in time soon after. Everyone thought he was gonna be ok, then he actually did pass away.

I think this situation might turn out to be confusion at first, and he will end up dead in the end.

Associated Press and TMZ are saying he is dead. No offical reports from the hospital or family.
