The problem is the operation system the player is running and the error message you show. Interesting concept.

You could stack like 100 physics props onto each other and suddenly enable physics. That should do the trick.

This reminds me of this part in Batman Arkham Asylum. (Don't watch if you plan on playing it.) It's pretty insane.

I was freaking out because there was word that PS3's were frying at the time I played this. :P

Ha pretty neat idea! =)

you might use a point_viewcontrol with "freeze player" flag to disable mouse look? maybe even encase the player in a toggleably-solid func_brush? Just brainstorming, i prob should not even be making suggestions because i am pretty noob! =)

I think it would be a pretty big mindfuck if you got a windows error message on a Mac.

What are you trying to do crash it or slow it down?

Inducing lag in such a way would be bad and on some computers, doing such things that might slow some down might bring others to a grinding halt. You can fake lag with a point_servercommand controlling the CVar "host_timescale", anything less then 1 will slow down the game, while anything above 1 will speed it up.

Now if you just want to up right crash the game just have a logic_auto activate activate game_player_equip.
Have a question related to modding or something I posted? Something that needs staff attention? I haven't been active lately, but feel free to PM me or message me on Steam(link below)

Or you could use the "fake_lag" command :)
