Well, Polycount is happening on the 12th, and the meet the video... I guess we'll have to wait :(.

I played on a server that capped the max engineers per team at 3 and the maps WERE better with 3 rather than 10 per side.

Played one of the standard payload maps last night, and offensive engineers actually worked! Just moving sentries up while a couple of others deploy mini sentries with the cart...won the round with an entire engi team against a standard team.
Also had fun moving my sentry and dispenser through the 2fort sewers - nothing new about sentries in enemy sewers I know but they were actually guarded this time - a lone engineer is actually able to successfully attack an entire sector of the map now?
Big changes in gameplay, wonder whether they will last.

I was right! But the creator did lie to me when I asked if there was going to be a map named Thunder Mountain. :P
