Yeah I ended up toning the viewbob down a lot because for me it was outright nauseating, there should have been a slider in the options like mouse sensitivity.

cl_viewbob_scale 0.01 worked pretty well without completely removing the effect.

More easter eggs:

Highlight to read:
You can go in the sound files to find whatever her name is talking, in reverse. You can reverse the reversed stuff and some of them she says things like "You need a life" or "You just lost the game" or "I'm pregnant and it's your baby" etc. Also you can reverse some legit ones that talk about the game.

Another another easter egg near the end:

Highlight to read:
When you get to choose to either go down or outside, go outside the elevator, there is a desk to your right, go behind the desk and open the door, follow the dark hallway and you'll find a broadcasting room, with the announcer dead in her seat. She'll say how she doesn't want you to see her like this.

red i wouldnt really say that's an easter egg. doesnt an easter egg have to be something specifically hidden away and way out of reach of the average player? ie, through noclip or some extremely complicated puzzles or navigating...that area you mentioned is not hard to reach at all, i just discovered it and assumed it was just another part of the map instead of an easter egg.

I'll have to give this mod a try when I get home, sounds good but why is there no screenshots? I saw a few on moddb but it looked like plain corridors with almost no detail... I'll dl it for sure since others say it's awesome...

The mapping isn't ZOMG AMAZING but the full game feels better than the screenshots look. Alot of highway 13 / the sewer sections of HL2 were really quite bland, ugly even and really got away with it by the sense of immersion you had, something which I think NMH ultimately ends up succeeding at.

They went for realism in mapping and gameplay over prettiness. HUD's got plenty of bugs and there's not many sound replacements. The pistol still uses HL2 sounds and the SMG's reloads aren't timed right.

But I didn't care. It was that good.

Yeah the weapons were mediocre but I didn't really care. The ending was silly but overall I really enjoyed the mod. Definitely reminded me of FEAR, and the mind play was actually brilliantly done.

the fact that the setting is so "generic" makes it all more surreal. Lots of the hospital looks exactly alike and I think that's the point. You should feel like you're wandering in circles, forever trapped in the torment.

Probably one of the best mods I've ever played, it was fantastic. Loved the map and ideas, it was good to see some custom models and the custom voices were great!

Overall a fantastic job and I really enjoyed the ending, will look out for easter eggs next time I play it.

Keep up the good work, VERY nice job.
