So, I know probably only a handful of you remember me. But for those who do, I wanted to share my good news. I recently got a job as a game developer (programming of course) at Brainium Studios in Portland, OR. We just released an iOS Solitaire game that I worked on, and it's selling copies, so I guess that makes me official. I want to thank you guys for making my first steps into the world of game development interesting and addicting. I'd probably still be working on lame OS utilities otherwise. Oh yeah! Adaptive Elite is still around. Forums don't get used much though. I'm still working on my engine here and there when I have time.

Developing on IOS is... mediocre... Visual Studio is superior in many ways, though Xcode does integrate nicely with on-device debugging these days.

If you search the iTunes app store for Solitaire, there are about 2000 results. After 1 week, we're in the 3rd spot. Doesn't matter how many times it's been done if you can do it better than anyone else... And we really have.
