i think the next batle wont be very easy, it requires more skill then the previous batles.

Cool. I think I'll give it a go too.

Awesome stuff by the way. I really like Shadow's scene.

If you don't know, it's the Tower Bridge in London, a bit inaccurate and less detailed though 8)

Hehe, well I wanna support Interlopers in any way I can, so I took some time off of NF work to work on this. 8)

Also, I said I was in on it, in the first few posts:

Just reading what you guys posted...

"The challenge was to make a bridge, not an environment around one given to us."

BaRRaKID wrote:So here it is, the second Map Battle, this time we have a bridge for you to work with.
Rules:

All users have to download the template map, then a map is created using this as a base to start things on.

The template map must be used in the map but can be edited in anyway, but the end product must resemble the template in it somewhere. Feel free to enhance or alter the template as you see fit.

The map must be designed for a screenshot purpose only. This means it does not have to be playable in anyway but the focus will be on looks. (This also makes it quite possible in a two week period)

A maximum of 3 screenshots per map, feel free to show WIP shots to each other, as this is for fun but state when your screenshots are final so they can be judged as such.

Showing off your work so far makes it more fun for everyone, and may help inexperienced members. :)

HL2 or CS:Source can be used to create the map, but the final product will look better without a huge ass gun model waving over the place.

I hope to get even more submissions this time, and I have my expectations really high in terms of quality, so everyone start working on this ;)

The battle ends at the 6th of july.

Gentleman start your hammers!

Hmmmm, I dont understand, you guys say the challenge was to build a bridge, but the rules say to build the best screenshot around the template bridge. So how did the rules get changed into build a bridge. Sry guys, guess Im the only one that read the instructions and followed them.

Well anyway, where is Zyber Nots entry on the final page, it said final. My vote goes to Zyber Not. His is deffinently the best.
