I'm a british, 14 year old mapper, and I would probably talk about why one should become involved with source developing, what it can offer etc. I'd do some research of course.

Well, the first few will be practises. We will rotate the people in the podcast each week so in the end people will catch on to the style we end up with.

How will these work? Will these podcasts be recorded live or in parts and mastered afterwards?

Maybe you should go into more detail on the format.

Well its just an idea, its not final yet.

But my idea is that it will be recorded over skype, music interludes will be played in to break up the parts. If somthing goes wrong in the middle of a recording I can edit up after. It really depends on the circumstances.

we could have live nights where pepole can send like emails and answer them live and nights where everything is recorded. and questions and such is preset.

Thats a good idea, a shoutcast, get everybody on IRC and we can answer questions or do some sort of thing. Only for a couple shows.

This community may have many members, but not many of them are active enough, somewhere maybe around 100? Less?

I just don't think its enough for a podcast that can't be discussed over IRC, unless the podcast can be put accross other editing sites.

Yeah, the idea is that it will, or may, be hosted on other sites as well, just under the Interlopers "Brand". It all depends on what Blink thinks really. He has the right to where the Interlopers name is used.

Well, at the moment this is what will happen.

I will use four people, the fourth most likely being Blink if he wants to be part of the testcast. This will be put on the site as a test, or if Blink, wants, straight into production and then we will try and start doing them every week with different participants.
