VALVe will do whatever is best for its customers. I have faith in that, they never disappointed me (seriously).

Well, despite bugs, glitches, and hitches, lets all go and thank Valve for even making this. Most companies would have said "Fuck You" to the game and never released more maps, let alone 2 more gamemodes.

That's right ghost.
The thing that always draws me back to VALVe's games is their customer service quality.
They take feedback from the community and they want to take feedback.
That's why VALVe = #1.
That's one of the main reasons why I quit that P.O.S WoW. Blizzard can go screw themselves.

Where else you can contact Devs directly over Mail, without getting a fu..ing automated Reply?
Where else do you have Access to nearly the full Source of the Game and his Tools? Except Unreal and Crysis ;)
Where else do you have a sooooo massively Community around it?
Where else do you have Mailinglists, Wikis and Boards like this here?
Where else you have a chance to get a Job at Valve through the Mod Community, like John Morello, Dave Riller, Kelly Thornton and Adam Foster?
Which other Company starts Workshops on Schools?

I know there is a lot more but hey, all that makes Valve extraordinary, and i bet they dont destroy that with making bad Deals!

Valve are working independantly and have publishing deals with EA... and also EA ran studios ports the games to consoles i believe?

I think most developers who have had problems are the ones who have had what they produce funded and controlled by EA.
