Well it's fixed in the sense that I can now open it, but now whenever I get to the first choice, after inputting my profession, it loops the question

Anyway, I hope this will be a good little game once it's been all smoothed out

That's weird, I removed the profession part in the fixed version... you sure you downloaded the fixed one?

Also,

Skill point system I'm working on, it currently just quits when skillpoints reaches zero and if you enter a letter instead of number it infinite loops, but I know how to fix that.

@yzoo: not sure about vb, but vb.net allows for much fancier console interaction. (as long as you can move the console cursor around you should be set) In dotnet at least its Console.CursorLeft & Console.CursorTop
eg

etc


Cursor starts at 'name', and will go to skill1 on enter or tab, user can move cursor using arrows, all in one screen. Would be a lot easier.

I''ve been busy with other things lately so this has been pushed back a bit in priority but I can tell you that when I release the next version, it will have a fully working, dynamic password system
