I just came up with a great idea! Valve could switch the effects of medi-gun and syringe gun, so that the medi-gun becomes a drain gun and drain the enemys life when they are in range and the syringes heal your friend a bit when hit :D That might be fun

I am looking forward to the nail gun for the Scout though. That will be fun. :)

I think that the soldier should get a controllable RPG like in Half-Life 2, except it doesn't do as much damage as the normal rocket launcher does, maybe like half as much, and has a pretty limited flight distance before it just detonates from fuel loss. Making it so you have to reload after each shot would be realistic and would make it slower.

Maybe Valve will add something like it, but doubtful. I think it's a rather decent idea, as the restrictions it could have balance it out pretty well if you ask me. But anyway, I'm looking forward to the achievement updates. I think I am missing only two achievements of the ones that TF2 currently has.

I've been thinking the demoman should be able to plant landmines in dirt or soil areas of maps.

I like the idea of a leech gun - drains an enemy and gives you the health! Combine that with a gun that gives your health to a friendly and you've got an interesting combo going. :D
